A crew of 6 (you + 5 staff) is $72 a month. On an app that charges about $48 per person, owner included, that's $288.

Yes. Invoice a deposit up front and it's taken off the stage invoices that follow.

We're on Tradify or Fergus. Is switching a pain?+
No. Send us your exports and we load your clients, jobs and price list in for you, free. You check it before anything goes in, and then invite your crew with a link.
Does it work with Xero?+
Yes. Invoices and payments sync to Xero on their own. MYOB is coming soon.
