Build quotes from your own price list and templates. The client accepts online, and the accepted quote becomes the job.
Rough-in and fit-off as stages
Book and invoice each stage on its own, with the deposit taken off. Clients pay by card from the invoice.
Crew on the right site
Drag jobs onto the calendar. Your sparkies and apprentices see their day, clock on from their phone, and you approve the hours.

Priced for crews, not per head.
$47 a month + GST for you, then $5 per staff member (staff 6 to 15 are $7, and $10 after that). Every feature is included.
A crew of 6 (you + 5 staff) is $72 a month. On an app that charges about $48 per person, owner included, that's $288.

Does TradePal do compliance certificates?+
Not yet. TradePal handles quoting, scheduling, timesheets, invoicing and job costing. Keep using your current certificate process for now.
Can I see where my crew is?+
If you turn it on and your staff agree, you can see where they are while they're clocked on. It switches off when they clock off.
